A new Bergen County restaurant hopes to revive the area’s waterfront scene with an upscale atmosphere featuring elegant drinks and small plates.

Cov opened in Edgewater on July 19, taking over the former Pier 115 property on River Road. Situated along the Hudson River, the restaurant offers a unique dining environment with a backdrop of the New York City skyline.
